We are very honored to announce that our President/CEO, Michael McCartney, has been elected as Chairman of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).
NCMEC’s Mission: to find missing children, to eliminate child sexual exploitation, and to prevent child victimization through education, outreach, awareness programs and law enforcement training and liaison.
Michael McCartney has been an active supporter of NCMEC for over 20 years in his law enforcement career. Last year McCartney was asked to serve on the Board of Advisors for the Buffalo based New York State delegation. His work and involvement on the Buffalo NCMEC Board has led him to be elected President and Chairman of the Board for the Buffalo Advisory Panel for 2013! Aside from the organization’s mission, McCartney’s goal is to increase private sector involvement and support as well as create organization and issue awareness.
